2. Causes and solutions:
High efficiency of glass bilateral machine
① Reason: The opening and closing speed switch on the operation panel is switched to slow

Solution: Switch the on/off switch to fast up. ② Cause: There is quality or connection issue with the opening and closing encoder

Solution: Replace the encoder or replace the encoding connector

③ Reason: The opening and closing screw nut is damaged or the linear guide slide is damaged

Solution: Replace the screw nut or linear slider

④ Reason: Rust on the opening and closing screw rod or linear guide rail

Solution: Regularly lubricate the screw or linear guide rail with oil



⑤ Reason: PLC, frequency converter, servo and other electrical components malfunction abnormally

Solution: Regularly inspect electrical equipment and promptly handle any abnormalities found

3. Preventive measures:

① Before each team starts work, inspect each operating equipment and verify the status of equipment components

② Regularly inspect the encoder connector and encoder body

③ Regularly inspect and pre inspect the mechanical components, such as screw nuts or linear sliders, to promptly identify and handle hidden dangers

④ Timely inspect the oil injection equipment, regularly refuel, and regularly arrange a dedicated person to inspect electrical equipment for potential hazards
